At Vendshub, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We work hard to provide high-quality digital products and a smooth, reliable purchasing experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided.

Digital Product Policy

All items sold through Vendshub are digital products, which may include (but are not limited to) downloadable files, digital guides, supplier links, templates, or other non-physical assets.

Once a digital product is delivered to your email address, account, or download link, it is considered accessed and used. Because of the intangible nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been successfully delivered.


Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Digital goods differ from physical items — once they are delivered, there’s no practical way to “return” or verify that the product hasn’t been copied or used. For this reason, digital content is protected under consumer law and non-refundable once accessed.

This policy helps us protect our business and prevent fraudulent refund requests, while ensuring all customers receive fair treatment.


Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances)

While all sales are final, we understand that rare issues can occur. Refund requests will only be considered under the following limited conditions:

  1. Technical Delivery Failure

    • If you did not receive your digital product due to a system error, broken download link, or email delivery failure, we will re-send the product or repair the access issue free of charge.

    • If we are unable to successfully deliver your product after troubleshooting, a full refund may be issued.

  2. Duplicate Purchase

    • If you accidentally made multiple purchases of the same digital item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Upon verification, we may issue a refund for the duplicate order(s).

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as changing your mind, misunderstanding the product description, or deciding that you no longer need the product after receiving it.
