OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Vendshub. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vendshub. The website (including all information, tools, and services offered) is provided to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices set forth here.

By accessing or using our site, or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (also called “Terms,” “Terms of Use,” or “Terms of Service”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not access or use the site or services. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Our platform is hosted on an e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify or comparable provider) that enables us to deliver digital products to you.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & USE OF SITE

  • You confirm that you are at least the legal adult age in your jurisdiction to enter binding contracts.

SECTION 2 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS; DELIVERY & NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE

  • Once a product is delivered (by email, download link, or access to a supplier link), it is considered accessed and used.

  • All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered. You waive the right to cancel or return the product after delivery.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as “change of mind,” “didn’t like it,” or “found another product.”

SECTION 3 – EXCEPTIONS & SUPPORT

While all sales of digital goods are final, we may consider exceptions in the following limited cases (at our discretion):

  1. Delivery/Access Failure

    • If you do not receive the product due to a technical issue (broken link, email failure, system error), we will remedy by re-sending, restoring access, or repairing the link.

    • If we cannot successfully deliver after reasonable efforts, a refund may be issued (but only in this scenario).

  2. Duplicate Orders

    • If you accidentally ordered the same digital product more than once, notify us within a short timeframe (e.g. within 7 days). After verifying, we may refund the duplicate(s).

Any refund under these exceptions is at our sole discretion and subject to verification.

SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO PRODUCTS, PRICES & SERVICES

  • Prices of digital products may change at any time without notice.

  • We may add, remove, or modify the services or product offerings at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit or discontinue access to certain digital products or offers.
